A Brief Summary of This Position:

The Marketing Specialist position is an individual contributor position for the Ag segment. The ideal candidate must be passionate about marketing, organization, and process creation. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain team-wide marketing knowledge (digital, content, creative, events, business development), take on significant operational responsibility, and make a meaningful impact on team productivity and marketing ROI. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing responsibilities and have a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to organize and manage multiple, simultaneous priorities and meet aggressive deadlines

• Lead marketing fund program for US/CAN dealers

• Maintain marketing tools for dealers

• Process invoices and billing for the Marketing team

• Prepare and implement marketing bulletins and communications to the dealer network and internal stakeholders

• Own the marketing project management software (Monday.com), including managing workflows and designing new solutions to create team efficiencies

• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, building relationships with all levels of employees

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with both domestic and international employees as well as suppliers and vendors

• Ability to travel, occasionally

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds or use a dolly to transport heavier items

• This position reports to the Global Brand Manager & North America Marketing Lead and does not have any direct reports

Required Qualifications of Every Candidate:

• Preferred Bachelors or Associates Degree with 3+ years of experience or 5+ years experience

• One year of experience in Marketing, Advertising or Communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows & Mac applications; Adobe Suite skills advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred

• Foreign language proficiency or international marketing knowledge is advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com
