Marketing Specialist - Raleigh, NC

What makes you successful in this role?

As a Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the success of PCLaw | Time Matters by helping to create effective communications that drive action, contributing to strategic marketing plans, and executing campaigns to engage both existing and prospective customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating content for websites, emails, advertisements, guides, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing assets
  • Assisting in the generation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support customer success and new business opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining active social media presence on selected platforms, including paid efforts
  • Measuring and reporting key metrics to track customer engagement and campaign success
  • Assisting in the coordination of virtual and in-person events including webinars, customer events, and sponsorship opportunities with bar associations
  • Other duties as assigned


What would we like for you to have?


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability applying strategy to marketing tactics and channels
  • Experience with content creation, email marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical, organization, and project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Drive to take initiative and work beyond the directions given
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new skills quickly


  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Previous work in the legal software technology industry
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Salesforce Marketing Automation skills
  • Google Ads experience

*Compensation for this position will be between USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 (depends on experience).

This role will help drive the overall marketing efforts, bring market awareness and ultimately drive sales growth for Ndustrial. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to lead generation and all actions leading toward revenue growth. A Marketing Specialist is a competent professional able to generate creative ideas and bring them to life. They are well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Manager within Ndustrial.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Configure and manage content and actionable outreach within the Customer Relationship Management systems for Ndustrial and other marketing automation software with input from others on the team</li><li>Produce creative content including documents, graphics, advertisements, video, infographics, and other multimedia and interactive content</li><li>Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns with input from others</li><li>Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (traditional media, social media, e-mail, and other forms of outreach)</li><li>Assist in other marketing and sales activities as needed (content development and optimization, website development, events etc.)</li><li>Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns</li><li>Manage and enforce Ndustrial’s brand guidelines across the company, including the development of design templates for presentations and other assets</li><li>Report and analyze marketing data (web traffic, campaign results, conversion rates etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies</li><li>Other duties as defined to contribute to the goals of Ndustrial’s growth</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Graphic design skills, including demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
