Our Newest Opportunity:

The Marketing Specialist will participate in building and executing our national marketing strategies, initiatives and assets. You'll be connected to a national marketing team that supports 1000+ employees, 35,000 clients and growing. The team believes in high performance, collaboration, authentic communication, open feedback, and overall excellence. You'll have opportunities to contribute to a wide variety of marketing initiatives-including building the brand, developing content, and supporting PR initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Accountable for delivering on specific objectives as part of our marketing strategy that drive revenue generation, profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth.

  • Engage with regional client and prospect marketing data; leverage data analytics to improve customer experience, innovation, and go-to-market strategy for new solutions; use marketing tools to track and analyze customer/prospect interaction data.

  • Leverage national marketing initiatives to support in region business growth and development, adapting for regional focus where necessary.

  • Aid in the creation of regional marketing campaigns to support cross sale and service model delivery.

  • Help manage local marketing events and provides consulting on best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to create customized marketing collateral (flyers, presentations, custom videos, blog posts, white-paper, case studies, etc.)

  • Design, deploy and manage email campaigns to support our content-focused, drip marketing approach.

  • Aligns with national digital media initiatives, including support with the OneDigital website, social media advertising; where applicable.

  • Support the execution of industry events (in-person, webinars, and customer advisory focus groups) where applicable, developing print collateral/website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities.

  • Work closely with senior marketing and business leadership team to support the enablement of sales and retention consultants with insights, branded resources, and best practices.

  • Supports marketing activities for partnerships acquisition and onboarding within the region.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Must demonstrate a desire to grow, able to solicit and accept constructive feedback, and willingness to learn from others.

  • Proactive and confident communicator including presenting in national, regional, and diverse stakeholder meetings.

  • Ability to multi-task, think strategically and problem solve

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment of competing priorities

  • Comfort with technology and using online software to manage your work

  • Strong writing and editing, proofreading skills are essential.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team, must be self-motivated and disciplined.

  • Demonstrated experience working with the following design platforms.

  • Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft D365, WordPress, Eloqua, Salesforce, Vimeo, etc.

  • Demonstrated aptitude towards innovation and comfort with latest digital marketing tools (video, etc.) and strategies.

Education, Training and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; Minimum of three years prior marketing experience preferred. Bonus points for experience in insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or finance related industries. Experience working with much of the following:

  • Social Media Advertising (LinkedIn)
  • Digital/Email Marketing (Eloqua, Google Analytics, Marketo, WordPress, WIX)
  • CRM/Marketing Automation (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Video (Animoto, iMovie, Premiere Pro, Vimeo)
  • Design (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Microsoft D365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
