Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team!

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and supporting various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and opportunities for growth.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral, such as blog posts, articles, presentations, and case studies.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.

• Support the planning and execution of events, tradeshows, webinars and other promotional activities.

• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.

• Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field

• Proven experience in marketing roles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Working knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and social
