This position will manage the global programs, being the point person with Global Marketing for all new strategies cascaded into the North America region. The successful candidate will capture and document product and market positioning, and drive the North America marketing team to respond to new strategies with functional tactic planning. Driving regular meetings with the Marketing Analyst is also required, to review program status and refine programs if applicable.
In addition, the role will support Channel Marketing, in the execution of tactics, against stringent deadlines and budgets. This will involve working the Creative Team on partner assets and with third parties, specifically with Point of Purchase projects. The role also collates partner metrics and directs them to the Marketing Analyst for group review.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and facilitate the project execution of North America strategies, from project inception through deliverables, against critical deadlines and budgets.
Work with broader team to evaluate strategic approach to execute successful North America tactics.
Work with internal team to define requirements and establish deliverable needs, and project manage execution of deliverables with Global Marketing.
Drive regular meetings with Marketing Analyst to review CSU/key program health; investigate findings, discuss with team, refine programs as applicable
Develop active working relationships with Global Marketing, CSU's, North America Business Development teams.
Insure streamlining and continuous improvement of processes and procedures for efficient and effective delivery of tactical plans locally and, reported up to Global Marketing.
Deliver monthly summaries of new product programs to the regional sales organization.
Perform other job related duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, Merchandising or a field relevant to the essential functions of this job description
Minimum of 2 years experience performing a role substantially similar to the essential functions of this job description
Strong problem solving and time management skills, strong project management and document management is required
High standards on follow up, follow through and managing project timelines on time within budget
The ability to multitask, be flexible to work across multiple points of contact within a global organization, take the lead on scheduling meetings and project kickoffs
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Demonstrated strong, clear and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well across the organization
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with multiple priorities under minimal supervision
PMO certification is a plus
Experience within AV or MI industry or similar is preferred
