The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our Core Histology marketing campaigns, promotions, and events which align with company and business objectives. Reporting to the Marketing Director Life Science, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for building marketing campaigns content and executing the go-to-market strategy of Leica Biosystems's products being sold into the Life Science Segment.
BS in Life Science or BA in Marketing or related field
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Life Science commercial marketing. Work experience in Pharma, Biopharma, Biotech or Contract Research Organization a strong plus
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels
Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, including managing to a campaign timeline.
Experience in supporting events/conferences
Excellent writing skills, with journalism or publishing experience a very strong plus
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven, work environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to influence, work, and communicate effectively with peers.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and especially Excel)
