Position Overview:

  • Contractor position, 20-30 hours per week.

  • Hourly rate of $55-$70 USD depending on background and experience level.

  • Based in SLC, Utah area with ability to visit Numinus clinic locations when needed.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be supporting the development, implementation, and management of our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and ultimately increase conversion rates across our online training programs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and ensuring alignment with our Numinus Training business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Execution: Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant channels.

  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and distribution of high-quality content across digital platforms to engage our target audience and drive organic traffic.

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring optimal ROI and budget management at the direction of the Director of Training

  • Social Media Support: Support the development and implementation of social media strategies to foster community engagement, increase followership, and drive traffic to our online training programs.

  • Email Marketing: Strategize and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.

  • Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously analyze website performance and user experience to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and lead generation.

  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and leverage partnership opportunities with influencers, industry organizations and associations, and relevant platforms to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.

  • Webinars and Conferences: Assist in marketing planning activities, including supporting the execution of in-person conferences and virtual webinar and promotional events.

  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing role

  • Ability to manage projects start to finish

  • Develops and works toward set deadlines

  • Can identify project goals and track progress

  • Understands and implements email marketing best practices

  • Understands the target audience and writes content that clearly communicates to them

  • Ability to work independently and identify next steps

  • Can think big picture and long term to develop broad email marketing journeys
