Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting Autodesk's Digital Customer Success team with communication support, to drive a positive customer post-purchase onboarding, adoption and renewal experience including, but not limited to, email, in-product messaging and social media paid and organic., This position requires a high level of collaboration, creativity, initiative and a deep understanding of social audiences, segmentation and in-product messaging.

Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment and execute quickly and precisely is critical. Attention to detail, outstanding multi-tasking and organization skills are a must. Experience in developing successful B2B social campaigns a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support and partner with Lifecycle Strategy, Subscription Marketing, Product Marketing managers, project management, and creative team on all digital campaigns and journey pre- and post-production processes

  • Effectively write nurture briefs based on marketing campaign roadmaps

  • Assist with QA of all digital communications, ensuring proper links and tracking and A/B testing planning and set up prior to configuration and deployment

  • Support localization manager in set up of localized content and testing

  • Determine, monitor and report on social channel initiatives

  • Apply data-driven insights to optimize communication

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to determine and implement in-product messaging

  • Summarize analytical and qualitative learnings and present data analysis in presentation format on a weekly and adhoc basis

  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Strategy managers and Corporate Social Media team to elevate campaigns, journeys and blended testing

  • Manage paid social campaigns, monitor budget and report on monthly ROI

  • Monitor trends in social media, emerging technologies and broader social culture

  • Manage social content calendar, define cadence and strategize with Digital Customer Success team content

  • Ensure all content adheres to our brand voice and brand guidelines

  • Oversee scheduling and posting of all content to sync with various initiative calendars and according to marketing campaign goals and best practices for high engagement; check to assure accurate implementation and execution while adjusting to unknowns and scheduling/directional changes

  • Assist with creation of web landing pages, webinar production set up, and management of posting and distribution of nurture- and journey-related training and learning content including videos, articles, presentations and related documents

  • Actively track daily workload/tasks, partner closely with project management team members, and participate in sprint planning sessions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience with digital marketing program planning, execution and analysis

  • Flexible team player with experience collaborating with multiple marketing teams with varying communication and work styles and across time zones

  • Thrive working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to proactively identify issues and areas of opportunity

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Familiarity working in agile/scrum environments

  • Avid multi-tasker and ability to quickly shift marketing priorities

  • Close attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Ability to learn and apply findings and respond to feedback quickly

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools (Asana, Teams, SharePoint, etc.); adept at learning new tools and technologies

  • CMS, CRM, and DAM experience a plus (i.e.: Salesforce and its related apps and plug-ins, Marketo or similar ESPs, Airtable or other collaborative database tools, etc.)

  • Strong personal and professional interest in and experience using a variety of popular social media platforms Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr, etc

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of digital media tools (i.e.: Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)

  • Basic Photoshop/photo editing skills, knowledge of apps commonly used for creating social content; basic video creation/editing skills are a bonus

  • Experience in campaign analysis and user research; translation into program enhancement recommendations (Tableau or other data-visualization tool experience a plus)

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
