We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our corporate Marketing Team in Irvine, CA.
We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and providing insight into our overall marketing programs, with a particular focus on email and text marketing. The Marketing Specialist will work on a variety of marketing initiatives, creating and improving campaigns across multiple channels, performing routine analysis, and generating reports. This position will work cross-functionally with other teams to develop content and strategies to nurture leads and enhance engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, analytical, and collaborative mindset and be able to manage projects under the general guidance of the Sr. Marketing Director.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute various marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, text, social media, and digital advertising.
Build and optimize email and text marketing campaigns, including automated, trigger-based, and ad-hoc communications.
Set up workflows including flow creation, data requirements, list segmentation, dynamic content set-up, and personalization for email and text campaigns.
Work with creative teams to create and iterate digital content such as videos, static ads and landing pages
Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
Continuously monitor performance and analyze campaign data to suggest improvements.
Utilize A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness across all channels.
Maintain a content calendar to support various marketing initiatives, including new program launches and events.
Develop comprehensive reporting with analysts to provide a holistic view of campaign performance.
Provide support to other marketing functions as needed.
Participate in ad hoc marketing assignments and projects as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience in marketing, at least 1 year email marketing experience preferred
Strong knowledge of email best practices extending to targeting, creative messaging, CAN-Spam compliance, responsive design, deliverability, A/B testing, and email performance metrics
Experience in creating and managing email campaigns in a major email marketing platform preferred (Marketo, HubSpot)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator preferred
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the capabilities of content marketing platform preferred
