The primary responsibility of the Marketing Services Specialist is to support the Marketing Service team's operational needs as well as assist in executing marketing initiatives and projects. This position enables the marketing team to achieve specific, measurable marketing goals via projects and initiatives which include, but are not limited to, direct mailing logistics/fulfillment, advertising support, trade show logistics support, internet/social media posting, and sales/marketing document formatting.
Aid in execution of marketing campaigns for both prospects (new business) and customer retention (renewals)
Formatting and posting of crucial forms and materials in support of sales department activities
Directing accurate and swift fulfillment of prospect and customer replies to online and direct mail campaigns
Logging into & reporting from CRM the customer/prospect activities related marketing projects
Organizing the annual review and updates of marketing point of sale and other materials including coordinating/documenting approval via our Legal team
Providing set-up and execution to support for regional and national webinars
Social media postings for key events
Maintenance of internal reference materials
Maintenance of reference materials on the public website
Planning, logistics, and support for marketing and sales events including professional conferences/trade shows
Other marketing and administrative duties as assigned by the department management team
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or minimum 3 years of experience in those fields
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge in design programs, including InDesign, Acrobat, and Illustrator
Highly organized, self-disciplined, and a keen attention to details
Preferred CRM experience
Preferred experience working on social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Hootsuite
Strong sense of urgency, drive, and passion to take ownership of assigned projects and tasks
Ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines
Must be physically able to lift boxes and containers up to 25 lbs.
