Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for oversight of multiple initiatives in support of credit card marketing such as acquisition and portfolio campaigns, product launches, refreshes and new Marketing capabilities. You will partner with the Business Team's Lead Marketer and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end execution of projects. The Project Manager acts as the primary resource for the execution of marketing requirements and has ownership for timelines, deliverables, and strong control process adherence and approvals for key project documentation during the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also support process improvement initiatives and procedure maintenance as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, process improvement, and demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from initiation to closure.


  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and play a leadership role in overcoming executional challenges by proactively facilitating potential solutions

  • Develop and maintain project execution requirements documents

  • Develop and monitor project plans, priorities and deadlines and execute internal processes by becoming an expert resource in the procedures and systems that support the project process

  • Organize and direct the activities of stakeholders teams to ensure quality results and timeliness of project completion

  • Facilitate productive status meetings and ad hoc meetings as necessary

  • Facilitate the resolution of issues with stakeholders to keep project on track

  • Accurately communicate project progress and status

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, all requirements are executed according to project scope and the project strong controls process is adhered to

  • Support and lead process improvement initiatives as appropriate

  • Prepare ad hoc management reports and deliver presentations


  • 3 - 5 years Marketing Execution, Project Management or similar experience

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders

  • Listening, providing clarity and communicating effectively to various stakeholders

  • Team facilitation and organizational skills

  • Motivating, influencing and leading others

  • Issue resolution experience

  • Following procedures or specified processes striving for flawless execution

  • Overseeing a project's scope; recognizing and managing requests that are out of scope

  • Strong understanding of and experience using project management methodology

  • Ensuring information protection and risk policies are implemented to protect sensitive information and uphold legal and/or regulatory obligations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
