The Foodservice (FS) Marketing team is looking for change-agents who thrive on driving impact via consumer-centric, creative problem-solving. This Marketing Senior Manager will lead the brand building agenda for our CSD brands Pepsi & Dew on the FS Marketing Team with responsibilities including engaging key stakeholders to adopt and execute AOP big bet initiatives, developing marketing plans to build our brands across foodservice channels and accelerate the growth of strategic bets. We are looking for a strategic marketer with creative instincts and a strong ability to lead teams, grow brands, and drive revenue impact.
Detailed responsibilities include:
Lead cross-functional teams to push the brand-building agenda for Pepsi & Dew into National Customer, Division, & FS Channel growth plans
Develop a robust Foodservice Marketing AOP that will deliver against sales growth, brand-building, and transformation goals
Build and execute brand plans by developing sell stories, empowering the sales force/customer teams, and creating above the line momentum and buzz for foodservice
Actively manage Pepsi & Dew foodservice brand plans (programs and wiring across customers and channel leads) with reporting including brand POR updates and Foodservice SLTT updates
Serve as the day to day lead for Foodservice Marketing brand-specific issues
The role is highly cross-functional in nature, which requires the ability to work in teams and manage multiple points of communication seamlessly. Specifically, the Marketing Senior Manager will interface with brand leads (comms & commercial) key customer leads (marketing & sales) and members across Divisions, FS Strategy, Insights, Design, Digital Delivery and Agency/Vendor partners. The role reports into a Marketing Director who will provide support on all of the above responsibilities.
A minimum of 5 years prior marketing /communications experience
Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for driving consumer impact
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively influence an extended organization
Strong story-telling and collaboration skills
Self-motivator, capable of setting an agenda and actualizing goals
Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
