IT Sales Team Assistant
Tech startup is seeking a tech savvy individual to manage and grow our online marketplace platforms/eCommerce division for both domestic and international; especially, but not limited to, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Direct Sales, and other websites. This individual will also manage companies e-commerce store platforms and update websites as needed.

Responsibilities:

Professionally List items on amazon.com, optimizing websites and selling proficiently on other marketplaces.

Analyze sales performance of listings and find ways to improve them.

Research competitors listings and make sure our listings are updated and optimal.

Increase brand awareness through promotions and online marketing techniques.

Assist in setup of new products on e-commerce sites

Analyze weekly sales to help management determine appropriate courses of action

Be generally tech-savvy and show an ability to problem-solve on your own

Excellent communication skills with customers as well as colleagues is a must

Help Maintain a professional environment

Work well under pressure

Utilize time management skills

Qualifications and Skills

Experienced in eCommerce merchandising/product listing especially on Amazon.

Highly experienced in professionally selling online using online selling tools

An expert in science behind selling retail on amazon.com and other online

Experienced with high volume selling.

Updating product information such as titles, descriptions and attributes in order to present the products well to consumers and to optimize for keywords

Finding and implementing new marketplace platforms that make sense for sales.

Make promotions as needed and update price changes as needed and approved.

Respond to customer questions and reviews.

Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Drive, MS Office Suite,

Extensive experience in ecommerce/marketplace software

Basic HTML and CSS knowledge or willingness to learn

This individual must be experienced with backend e-commerce store platforms, must be able to obtain passport, must be a good team player, and must be able to handle a fast-paced family environment.

Job Summary: As the Product and Marketing Manager, you drive profitable sales growth by leading the signage, markdown and marketing process, shipment and replenishment process, and by ensuring back of house standards are met and maintained. You are the subject matter expert in all product-facing operational processes, ensure Brand Associates consistently meet company productivity standards, and that all compliance measures are met in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
