Join our dynamic team at Saraya USA, where innovation meets purpose in the world of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). We're seeking a Market Strategist & Researcher to spearhead our marketing efforts for Health, Wellness, and Sustainability-focused brands.

In this role, you'll experience both worlds: blending data analytics with creative advertising strategies. You will have the opportunity to delve into market insights, ensuring our campaigns not only resonate but also drive meaningful impact. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing. You will collaborate closely with our Creative, R&D, Sales, and Ecommerce teams to transform ideas into reality. You'll also have the opportunity to work across three sister companies: Lakanto, Happy Elephant, and Arau Baby. This exposure will allow you to gain valuable insights and experiences across multiple industries

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to assess the potential of our products

• Compile and deliver insightful data presentations for various departments

• Stay informed of market trends and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions

• Collaborate closely with our creative department to develop assets for advertising campaigns

• Ensure precise budget tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience in Marketing, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics

• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis

• Proficiency in Excel formulas

Skills:

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Exceptional presentation skills

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities

• Experience in project management, ensuring timely and successful execution of initiatives

Salary:

$55,000+ DOE
