WHAT WE OFFER
In this role, the summer intern will analyze data to provide customer driven product ranges to contribute to the development and achievement of specific category sales plans, such as:
Collecting and analyzing market segment data to identify trends, prospective buyers and key industry contacts
Supporting the marketing team during research, presentations and campaign launches
Contributing content development and campaign orchestration
Analyzing financial trends (sales, wastage, profit margins); pricing and promotion trends; customer trends (customer segmentation, destination, departments, demographics, market share); product trends (winners and losers); and market trends.
Keeps abreast of competitor trends on all of the above
Based on trends analysis, makes recommendations to category team
The internship program lasts approximately 12 weeks.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing or Business related major, with emphasis on Marketing
Candidates at the undergraduate level must have completed their junior year of studies
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Software knowledge in Office (Excel and PowerPoint), statistical and forecast programs
Working knowledge with digital marketing tools
Ability to work both independently (once trained) and with a team
