Marketing & Research Coordinator - NorthMarq Multifamily
NorthMarq Multifamily is seeking a professional and driven individual who is interested in joining one of the most active multifamily brokerage teams to prepare marketing materials, conduct market research, prepare valuation materials, and analyze properties. The to-be-hired coordinator will be exclusively part of the team based in Phoenix, AZ and will play a key role in the evaluation and marketing process while obtaining extensive exposure to multifamily and manufactured housing assets both in the private capital and institutional space throughout the southwest.
Preparation of Brokers Opinions of Value (BOVs), creating offering memorandums, composing flyers, preparing/updating market reports, preparing content for pitches/presentations and more.
Gather and track critical property data points for research and negotiation purposes.
Review, analyze, comprehend, and interpret real estate information from various sources.
Identify critical property issues and recommend areas for value-add opportunities.
Direct communication with property managers, asset managers and principals to clarify inconsistencies found during the research process and address other property specific issues.
Close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments with changing priorities.
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret various types of real estate data.
Strong graphic design skills.
Passionate about creating efficiencies and processes to better support the team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to interact effectively and professionally with a wide variety of internal parties.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team player, strong work ethic and passion to work in the commercial real estate industry.
Real Estate sales license preferred.
