Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
Technical Competencies: Assisting and meeting overall census and budget goals. Assist with problem solving with programs to meet overall census and budget goals. Referral source needs are being met. Overall understanding of the D&A and Mental Health field including levels of care, primary funding streams, county funding structure, referral bases and managed care/private insurance knowledge. Knowledge of CARF standards.
Job-related Behavioral Characteristics:
Proven record of working independently, high energy, highly motivated, high degree of customer focus, high degree of self-discipline and attention to detail/follow through. Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Able to contribute to the team marketing effort.
Masters Degree in related Behavioral Health, Social Work or Business/Marketing preferred. BA in related Behavioral Health, Business/Marketing required. Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 3-5 years experience in D&A and/or Mental Health field required. 3-5 years experience as a Counselor, Assessor or Community Relations in direct client care preferred.
