Responsibilities:

As an Marketing Representative pre arrival you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Provides information & Incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation.

  • Ensures guests meets minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.

  • Executes on batch messages to guest rooms at designated location at the start of each work shifts.

  • Collects tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour with reservations.

  • Ensures that guests purchase only one mini-vacation every three years.

  • Calls tour desk/manifest throughout the day to check availability as to not overbook a wave.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

We have open opportunities to provide you with an outstanding future as a part of our team.</p><p>As a Coordinator Special Events you will be responsible for assisting in the creation, development and implementation of special events for a designated region.</p><ul><li><p>Develops and performs all facets of the events in a manner to ensure outstanding Profit per Tour statistics on the program.</p></li><li><p>Implements site inspections, permit hearings, planning meetings and event execution.</p></li><li><p>Builds strategic relationships with national partners to improve the working environment, event quality and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Communicates with site-level Project Directors, as well as Marketing Directors and Sales Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure events are on schedule and all goals are met.</p></li><li><p>Develops site-specific operations plans for all aspects of event production (traffic management &amp; parking, waste management, pedestrian flow, emergency &amp; medical services, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Forecasts resource requirements and develop event staffing plans.</p></li><li><p>Settles and supervises resource requirements for each event.</p></li><li><p>Leads venue relations and expectations throughout the event production life cycle.</p></li><li><p>Builds, maintains and implements schedules, budgets &amp; event status.</p></li><li><p>Sources venues; recommends and engages catering to implement quality event within predetermined budget.</p></li><li><p>Negotiates agreements with outside providers and subcontractors to ensure lower cost &amp; highest quality of service.</p></li><li><p>Builds and submits purchase orders.</p></li><li><p>Secures all vital permits for event execution.</p></li><li><p>Builds and maintains positive relationships with event vendors.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of an event.</p></li><li><p>Builds and distributes event itineraries and anticipates guest needs and exceeds their expectations.</p></li><li><p>Prepares shipping/transport of event related supplies by placing orders for items from vendors.</p></li><li><p>Researches and stays up-to-date on event trends.</p></li><li><p>Provides outstanding customer service in accordance with the Company standards.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p>Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
