Official Job Title: Marketing Research Analyst Sr
Locations: Virginia Beach-VA, Richmond-VA, Indianapolis-IN, Louisville-KY, Atlanta-GA, Mason-OH, or Cincinnati-OH
The Marketing Research Analyst Sr is responsible for research planning, implementation, and incorporation of research findings.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Assesses business situations and prepares proposals in response to business needs for both primary and secondary research.
Designs data collection tools and works with vendors to collect data, analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Determines sources of secondary data, including pre-existing primary research, and retrieves and analyzes data.
Utilizes data to write reports and develops engagement and segmentation models that can be deployed into the campaign design process.
Serves as a project lead and oversees work of the Market Research Analysts.
The ideal candidate can extract data from mainframe systems, various applications and research data, analyze it, and turn it into meaningful triggers for marketing strategies.
Requires a BA/BS degree in marketing or business; 3-5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Intermediate level or higher with statistical analysis software such as SAS/SPSS or SQL preferred.
Health insurance or managed care experience is preferred.
