The Red Hat Open Studio: Brand Experience team is looking for a Brand Enablement Intern to support our internal and agency enablement workstreams. The Open Studio: Brand Experience team operates as an internal creative and digital marketing agency, serving all internal marketing functions. This internship will contribute to enabling all teams to access and utilize our enablement resources effectively and efficiently leading to a consistent brand experience for our customers, communities, and partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and merchandising the variety of enablement materials available to Red Hatters and our creative agency partners. You will work with creative, content, and digital team members to catalog existing enablement resources and use your excellent communication skills and user experience best practices to create intranet pages, newsletters, and email communications to promote those resources. You will create reports on enablement resource engagement metrics and support the team in developing additional enablement materials.

What you will do

  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver and guide adoption of desired outcomes, which will include planning, preparing, and developing enablement content, key messages, and cross-channel communications

  • Create and maintain the Brand Enablement space on The Source (Red Hat's intranet) that organizes and promotes all existing brand enablement materials

  • Support Brand Experience with editorial input to written communications, and presentation materials including newsletters and emails

  • Implement a data-driven approach to addressing learner and program needs by creating metrics and evaluation processes across enablement activities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, while fostering an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability within and across teams

We don’t expect you to be the next great novelist, but we do expect you to be able to quickly, easily and understandably communicate information that may not be familiar to our clients</li><li>Excellent, excellent verbal communication skills. You will be meeting with clients over Google Meet, and we don’t have time to teach you how to present information to people or easily engage with them.
