This position is essential in achieving customer engagement at scale as Pega advances Account Based Marketing principles in our regional markets. Through superior planning, and program/project management techniques this position creates world-class customer engagement experiences with high quality, on-time and under budget. The role works with the Agency@Pega shared services teams, regional marketing teams, external vendors, internal channel experts and content producers to drive customer engagement at scale.
In this role, you will:
Project manage; build trust with stakeholders; and create high quality programs that increase engagement and optimize cost through methodical planning, execution, and post-program retrospectives
Manage budgets and financial reporting for program execution, including sponsorships where appropriate
Serve as the single point of contact between Agency@Pega shared services teams, external vendors, and program owners
Ensure compliance and integrity in all activities and ensure programs are compliant with brand Pega identity at all times
Collaborate with cross-functional peers across the marketing and sales organization to share best practices and lessons learned
Analyze data to identify opportunities and lead change to achieve higher levels of engagement and customer experience at lower cost
Support the maturity of account-based marketing and content marketing

Your strong client service orientation and instinct to do the right thing in unfamiliar situations is balanced with a passion for operational excellence through creative problem solving and standard work.
3+ years-experience project managing complex events and digital programs
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, work prioritization, leadership, facilitation and relationship building skills
Experience developing and managing a project budget
A track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and delivery organizations to meet project goals with proactive risk identification and mitigation skills
Strong client service orientation and instinct to do the right thing in unfamiliar situations
Passion for operational excellence through creative problem solving and standard work
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or management of information systems
Experience with Marketing Agency service delivery model
Tableau and project management software experience a plus
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kan Ban, Lean/Six Sigma principles
