Cross Country Home Services is looking for a Project Manager to assist with implementation of new pilot program for installation and servicing programs using new products and 3rd Party service providers. The Project Manager will be dealing with internal and external employees and partners, many of whom may not be Cross Country Home Services employees.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintains, and manages project work plan, utilizing Microsoft project; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress

  • Assist business owners to define project scope and requirements

  • Define actions/owners/deliverables clearly to meet product/project dates and cost budgets.

  • Coordinate with external vendor relationships as related to project scope.

  • Manage ongoing meetings with internal and external personnel.

  • Record meetings & discussions, providing meeting summaries and action plans.

  • Identify issues, risks, dependencies, and other potential collisions that may impact or delay project schedule

  • Participate in project budget planning and development, tracking cost and budget performance.

  • Coordinate Project Team meetings, maintains ownership of team-wide communication, and coordinates status determination; acts as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports

  • Verifies and analyzes the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by project; resolves any discrepancies or problems

  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, and constantly monitor and present reports on project progress, quality assurance, problems and solutions to all stakeholders.

  • Coordinates and attends meetings; establishes and maintains internal and external contacts as necessary

  • Prepares records of project activities; oversees and ensures the timely processing in and the delivery of required materials

  • Ability to challenge others to meet schedules and commitments and elevate to management when individuals are not meeting requirements.

  • Follow on with the project after product/services launch to monitor and improve processes, preparing for possible commercial large scale deployment

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Other Requirements

  • 4 Year College Degree in a related area

  • Knowledge of project planning methodologies through entire life cycle

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project

  • PMP certification desirable

  • Interpersonal skills in influencing others, gaining consensus, and resolving issues

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Understanding of Project Management best practices

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Limited travel (approximately 10%) within the United States and possible travel outside United States. Therefore must have valid passport.

  • Ability to accurately review and complete detail oriented information and projects

  • Ability to conceptualize and organize project planning process

  • Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision

  • Ability to work with wide range of people

Salary:

$60,000 to $70,000

Digital communications, like email, are critical to our success. As Email Marketing Manager, you'll help us evolve our strategy for customer lifecycle communications. Your job is to use email to convert leads, increase customer retention, shift consumer behavior from phone to digital channels and build strong B2B client relationships. Responsibilities: * Manage email testing strategy, project planning and execution by agencies and/or contractors. * Oversee creation of B2B and B2C campaigns including transactional messages, lead nurturing, triggered sends, welcome/onboarding campaigns, sales promotions and newsletters. * Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams including I.T., Marketing and call centers. * Manage and facilitate the integration of call center CRM(s) and other external platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Provide subject matter expertise to Customer Service, Sales, Service Network Management, and other departments on how they can use email to improve communication and drive business outcomes. * Devise programs to capture and validate email and mobile phone data from customers and improve deliverability rates. * Ensure proper legal compliance for email and other digital marketing communications. * Supervise email agency, contractors and other vendors as needed. * Explore and evaluate digital platforms for email, SMS, mobile push alerts and other touchpoints. * Provide additional digital marketing and website support as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field. * 5 years' experience building, deploying and optimizing email campaigns of various types. * Proven track record of using email testing and optimization to improve conversion rates. * Technical proficiency: * Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo or similar email/marketing automation platform. Ability to be "hands on" when needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all emails. * Basic HTML and photo editing. * Understanding of databases and ability to build queries to segment customers. * Experience creating and publishing web content using Liferay or other CMS. * Experience using Ion Interactive or other landing page creation and testing platform a plus. * Ability to quickly analyze data from multiple sources-including web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing databases and Business Intelligence platforms-to create reports and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio. * Flexible and adaptable, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-changing environment. * Keen attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
