A nationwide growth strategy continues, opening a position for a Marketing Project Coordinator skilled in strategic and organizational thinking. The team supports marketing and sales objectives and facilitates the communication and timeliness of targeted goals. The ideal candidate will be located in our office in Birmingham, AL. However, we will consider other Altec locations.

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as a liaison to our marketing department on auction digital marketing advertising.

• Collaborates with our business sales team to integrate sales objectives and needs; drives project teams to achieve these milestones and goals.

• Learns and utilizes Lean principles to improve processes.

• Creates, maintains, and curates process documentation.

• Work cross functionally with our shared services, marketing group and well as the JJ Kane business team to develop working knowledge, empathy, and a network of purposes and processes.

• Communicates project goals/results to all stakeholders.

• Develops and maintains project milestone tracking.

• Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involves all relevant stakeholders, and ensures technical feasibility.

• Operates with appropriate entry-level decision-making latitude within scope of an assignment.

• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Internal candidates - minimum of one (1) year Altec experience

• Applicable Masters counts as one year of experience

• Proficiency with digital technology (Microsoft 365 products, SharePoint, PowerApps/Power Automate, OneDrive, Planner)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of business principles

• Experience with Altec Production System or applicable project environments

• Must be willing to travel.
