The Marketing Programs Specialist III will be responsible for managing several signature marketing sell-through programs for Allied Air. Working with the Manager, Marketing Programs to drive the vision of these signature programs, you will be empowered as a creative marketing professional to drive excellence with existing marketing programs and promotions, channel merchandising best practices and prescriptive marketing promotional plans in our sales process. You will have a wide-ranging creative liberty and resources to drive programs to accelerate sell-through of our product. You will need to have a collaborative consultative communication style with fresh ideas, the ability to execute on those ideas while gaining stakeholder support and be metrics-driven. You will drive sell-through collaboratively with a team of the industry's top salespeople, product managers, and distributor partners.
You play a critical role on the marketing programs team, setting strategic vision and executing the promotional plans through the channel. In addition to the responsibilities already mentioned, you will:
Work with manager to set overall programs strategy, including the financial and reporting metrics for existing marketing programs
Design and maintain merchandising guidelines for your programs, generating new and innovative ideas while maintaining a consistent customer experience
Manage, develop, and implement sales promotion policies, programs and initiatives to maximize the return on our marketing investment
Research, evaluate and recommend new or enhancements to the existing programs
Continually benchmark your program offerings against key competitors, ensuring a superior offering to our customers
Direct promotion programs to align with defined company marketing and sales strategy
Collaborate with product management and brand marketing to establish marketing programs in support of new product introductions
Plan and execute a marketing budget in support of your program & promotion goals
Bachelor's degree in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum five years related experience - including at least three years related to marketing programs
