What Will You Do:

This role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Programs Manager, focuses on managing lead generation campaigns, owning a pipeline goal, and working with the Sales and larger Marketing team to achieve these goals.

  • Manage execution of media plan from sending emails, managing webinars with partners, working with Creative to produce imagery for campaigns

  • Build and optimize existing paid channels, along with the authority and budget to explore and assess new ones

  • Expand nurture programs, from the content ideas and themes to segmenting audiences, and building them in Marketo

  • Partner with Marketing Operations to continually improve processes in Marketo, Salesforce, and the rest of our tech stack

  • Work with Sales and SDRs to gauge, measure, and optimize program effectiveness and drive adoption and lead follow-up

  • Work with creative team to design and build emails, landing pages, banners, and other creative materials

  • Own and manage digital promotions for Jobvite hosted events, including our annual conference and roadshows

Goals for the Role:

  • Within 30 days, you'll learn our Marketo and Salesforce instances, begin building email and webinar campaigns to our house list, build relationships with key vendors, and review marketing dashboards and reports.

  • Within 60 days, you'll collaborate with the Marketing Programs team to build out the media plan, conduct regular analysis of program performance, manage funnel metrics and Salesforce dashboards.

  • Within 6 months, you'll own relationships with paid marketing channel vendors, work with Events Marketing to own Jobvite-hosted events digital promotion, and partner with Marketing Operations to improve Marketo-Salesforce processes and hand-off with Sales

What Will You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, focused in demand generation and marketing programs

  • Expert project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, experience in Confluence is a plus but not required

  • Love the intersection of creative and data

  • You want to come up with ideas and measure their success.
  • Enjoy digging into the details
  • You'll be building processes, troubleshooting when things don't go according to plan, and optimizing from there.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or similar marketing automation software)
  • You love the opportunity to drive results and take ownership for a project.

Being one of our Partner Marketing Programs Manager you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and executing the involvement of our robust partner ecosystem's participation in Snowflake's annual user conference in addition to partner field events throughout the year. This role includes contract management (DocuSign), invoicing, planning, budgeting, partner communications and post event reporting. Responsibilities: * You will communicate with partners regarding their participation in Snowflake's annual user's conference and other partner field events * Develop and manage the contracting and invoicing process for partners * Partner with 3rd party vendors and partner marketing team on approvals for events, content and program deliverables * Collaborate with cross functional resources in developing partner programs, including, but not limited to those at Snowflake Summit. Strong ability to work cross-functionally within the company (partnering with marketing, sales, alliances, etc.) * Conceive of new programs and elicit feedback from internal stakeholders and partner constituents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new and innovative enablement programs. Which includes collateral, programs and incentives. * Track partner progress and report results * Understanding of funnel conversion and lead management reporting * Create and generate awareness, enablement, and adoption of partner tools/available resources while tracking partner satisfaction scores. * Develop a partner funds dashboard and monitor partners investments. Ability to handle complex Marketing Development Funds (MDF) reporting. Background: * Five or more years of channel partner marketing and/or channel partner programs experience in support of a b-to-b offering * Experience building partner marketing strategies and programs * Ability to work closely with legal to define compliant partner programs * Proven track record of successfully building, implementing and executing compelling and effective partner programs for various channel partners (ISV, GSI, Regional SI, OEM) and personas * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in multiple formats, including email, written documents, digital presentations, and verbal conversations with the partner ecosystem and executives * Bachelor's degree required Snowflake is an equal opportunity employer.
