What Will You Do:
This role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Programs Manager, focuses on managing lead generation campaigns, owning a pipeline goal, and working with the Sales and larger Marketing team to achieve these goals.
Manage execution of media plan from sending emails, managing webinars with partners, working with Creative to produce imagery for campaigns
Build and optimize existing paid channels, along with the authority and budget to explore and assess new ones
Expand nurture programs, from the content ideas and themes to segmenting audiences, and building them in Marketo
Partner with Marketing Operations to continually improve processes in Marketo, Salesforce, and the rest of our tech stack
Work with Sales and SDRs to gauge, measure, and optimize program effectiveness and drive adoption and lead follow-up
Work with creative team to design and build emails, landing pages, banners, and other creative materials
Own and manage digital promotions for Jobvite hosted events, including our annual conference and roadshows
Goals for the Role:
Within 30 days, you'll learn our Marketo and Salesforce instances, begin building email and webinar campaigns to our house list, build relationships with key vendors, and review marketing dashboards and reports.
Within 60 days, you'll collaborate with the Marketing Programs team to build out the media plan, conduct regular analysis of program performance, manage funnel metrics and Salesforce dashboards.
Within 6 months, you'll own relationships with paid marketing channel vendors, work with Events Marketing to own Jobvite-hosted events digital promotion, and partner with Marketing Operations to improve Marketo-Salesforce processes and hand-off with Sales
What Will You Bring:
3-5 years of marketing experience, focused in demand generation and marketing programs
Expert project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, experience in Confluence is a plus but not required
