Understand the challenges of industry-leading Energy, Chemicals, EPC and Metals and Mining companies and discover how and by whom decisions are made in those organizations.
Manage and promote clear and compelling content that aligns with the customer journey and sales buying stages and supports GTM for target accounts.
Deploy marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using multiple channels including digital, events and social media.
Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; work with marketing operations to maintain a database of named contacts that aligns marketing and sales on the defined target audience.
Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas within target accounts; develop a strategy to add key personas and contact information within target accounts.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and gain consensus on cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing programs.
Analyze metrics to determine effectiveness of marketing activities and impact on sales opportunities.
Improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing channels and processes.
Track and manage campaign project plans and budgets.
Source and manage third party vendors.
Collaborate with the ABM team to develop a charter and measurement plan, which aligns with campaign goals.
What You'll Need
A bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of high-tech B2B marketing experience.
Experience building and executing account-based marketing programs.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns including email, .com, paid media, social, PR/AR, webinars and events.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams.
Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curious and eager to learn.
