The RoleThe Account-based Marketing Manager position plays a critical role leading the development of integrated marketing strategies targeted at high growth accounts and executing supporting campaigns. Engaging with prospects and customers through an appropriate mix of channels to support the account-specific buyer's journey is a critical component of our company's growth strategy.

Your Impact

  • Understand the challenges of industry-leading Energy, Chemicals, EPC and Metals and Mining companies and discover how and by whom decisions are made in those organizations.

  • Manage and promote clear and compelling content that aligns with the customer journey and sales buying stages and supports GTM for target accounts.

  • Deploy marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using multiple channels including digital, events and social media.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; work with marketing operations to maintain a database of named contacts that aligns marketing and sales on the defined target audience.

  • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas within target accounts; develop a strategy to add key personas and contact information within target accounts.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and gain consensus on cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing programs.

  • Analyze metrics to determine effectiveness of marketing activities and impact on sales opportunities.

  • Improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing channels and processes.

  • Track and manage campaign project plans and budgets.

  • Source and manage third party vendors.

  • Collaborate with the ABM team to develop a charter and measurement plan, which aligns with campaign goals.

What You'll Need

  • A bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of high-tech B2B marketing experience.

  • Experience building and executing account-based marketing programs.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns including email, .com, paid media, social, PR/AR, webinars and events.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams.

  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua.

  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • 20% travel.

  • Curious and eager to learn.

As a Acquisition Logistics Manager III, you will provide acquisition and life cycle sustainment support to the International Programs & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program office (AFLCMC/HBN), which is within the Digital Directorate (formally known as the Battle Management Directorate) located at Hanscom AFB, MA. Your duties may include but are not limited to the following: * Serve as an Acquisition Logistics Manager for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs with-in the FMS Division (AFLCMC/HBN), Digital Directorate, at the branch level * Lead and coordinate the development of a Product Support Strategy for complex systems that encompass new and emerging technologies or complicated fielding requirements. * Develop and shape maintenance and support requirements into an Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), coordinating with Government civilians, contractor program managers, and customers on program development * Define problems and develops recommendation for issues to be addressed in ILSPs * Assist with defining scope, interface requirements, policy issues and performance criteria and helps develop program milestones * Participate in system design and change reviews, analyzes equipment characteristics to determine the most effective maintenance support strategy * Integrate Product Support Elements (PSE) into programs and ensures consistent approach to development and fielding * Provide Logistics IPT leadership and oversight for tasks assigned by program management to include Logistics Management Information (LMI), Supply Support Plan (SSP) development, System Safety, Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), and Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) coordination and release * Lead IPT personnel in the management, monitoring, evaluation and coordination of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) * Actively participate in cross-functional IPTs with matrixed personnel * Provide comments on Contractor's acquisition and sustainment documents, assisting with preparing and reviewing program documentation; e.g. Justifications and Approvals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statement of Objectives (SOOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Works Statements (PWS), Systems/Technical Requirements Documents (SRD/TRD), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Program Support Agreements (PSA), as well as Training Packages and all Technical Manuals * Conduct Technical Evaluation (Tech Eval) reviews and write-up on all program proposals and provides recommendations for Government Objectives and Threshold * Assist in creating and delivering Letter of Request (LOR) and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) documents * Provide additional Acquisition functions related to Program Management Office (PMO) support, System Engineering, Facilities or Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), Data Management (DM) and Configuration Management (CM) support * Prepare briefing, staff packages and attend meetings when required * Prepare, review, edit, coordinate and release clear, well-written correspondence and documentation for assigned programs * Provide other support to the overall AFLCMC/HBN division, as required * Ensure compliance with policies or recommends new ones DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS We are searching for someone with the following skills: * Life Cycle Management, acquisitions and sustainment of DoD systems; transportation planning; technical manual requirements definition and verification; sustainment strategies for defense systems; requirements definition, and establishing processes * Radar experience desired * Previous FMS experience or DISAM Course work desired * Excellent team-building, communication, writing, speaking and briefing skills * Ability to write, analyze, and review the full spectrum of system logistics needs, benefits, and technical standards MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience, 5 years of DoD support preferred.
