The Marketing Programs Specialist II will be responsible for managing and setting the direction of several signature marketing programs for Allied Air. Working with key stakeholders to socialize your vision, you will be empowered as a creative marketing professional to drive excellence and results of these programs. Using your independence to get things done, you will have a wide-range of creative liberty and resources to drive programs to accelerate sell-through of our product. You will employ a collaborative consultative communication style with fresh ideas, the ability to execute on those ideas independently, and exhibit a results-oriented mindset, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators and metrics. You will learn the product, the sales channel, our customers, and define the pathways for your signature programs to succeed.
Work with manager to set overall programs and promotions strategy, including the financial and reporting metrics for existing marketing programs and promotions
Design and maintain merchandising guidelines for your programs and promotions, generating new and innovative ideas while maintaining a consistent customer experience
Manage, develop, and implement policies and benefits of these programs and promotions to maximize the return on our investment
Research, evaluate and recommend new or enhancements to the existing programs
Continually benchmark your program and promotional offerings against key competitors, ensuring a superior offering to our customers
Direct programs and promotions to align with defined company marketing and sales strategy
Collaborate with product management and brand marketing, engineering and technical support teams and promotions to drive sell-through
Plan and execute a marketing budget in support of your program and promotion goals
Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum five years related experience of which at least three years of experience with marketing programs and/or promotions

Financial acumen and the ability to translate marketing investments into profitable returns
Interest and eagerness to build marketing programs that best serve a technical audience
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong public speaking and executive communication techniques
A commitment to fast-paced marketing environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm for the role
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including corporate executives, diverse internal project teams, independent business owners, and the contractors who install and service products in the field
