The Americas Program Manager will support the quarterly planning process for regional execution of Veeam's Global Campaign Framework for the Enterprise and Commercial segments. They will work with a cross functional team of regional field, channel, and alliances marketing along with global campaign and digital managers to enable the marketing plan for the segments. A key component of the planning approach will be to identify the global campaign bill of materials that are ready for execution in the next quarter, working with the Americas team to understand region specific needs, and teaming with global campaign owners to fulfill those additional requirements. The other key aspect of the role will be to help the regional marketing team members to assemble campaign content into lead generation programs using internal and external agency partners as needed. This role requires a versatile marketer who possesses a broad set of skills including campaign management, an aptitude for product and business messaging, cross functional teaming, agency management, organization, and executive communication.
Provide coordination across Americas Marketing teams to align global campaign bill of materials with regional requirements.
Convert additional regional requirements to executable deliverables working with global campaign owners, content marketing, and vendors.
Maintain relationships with internal and external agencies to deliver program assembly services to regional marketing team members.
Develop and deliver professional written and spoken communications that ensure team members and leadership have clear, concise, and up-to-date information on progress of work deliverables.
Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, or Business (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
A proven marketing campaign manager (create plans, manage budgets, schedules, allocate resources, etc.).
Demonstrated success delivering meaningful results through teams.
Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent relationship management and expectation setting skills.
Experience working with sales teams to align sales and marketing goals.
Excellent writer and speaker.
Proficient with MS Office tools.
Familiar with Marketo and SFDC.
Comfortable with remote video collaboration tools e.g., Skype, WebEx.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with unending enthusiasm to get the job done.
