The Program Manager will be responsible for executing both enterprise level and regionally-focused marketing programs. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing fully integrated global marketing campaign plans. The candidate will need to build strong working relationships across the organization, coordinating closely with multiple teams. This hands-on role requires a creative, yet analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and ability to work efficiently as a self-starter.
Develop and execute clever, integrated, multi-channel marketing plans
Define targeting strategies that appropriately position products for specific customer segments
Manage delivery of relevant content and activities that comprise a program, including, print and digital collateral, Social, PR, and events
Assemble program results into multi-channel dashboards; communicate the effectiveness of all programs
Analyze programs and draw on learnings to inform, refine and improve ongoing activities
Collaborate and align program plans across business, including product, sales and marketing channels
Proven multi-channel B2B marketer, with financial services or professional services background.
Experience translating product and sales objectives to full lifecycle marketing program goals.
Ability to determine best digital (paid, earned and owned) as well as traditional marketing tactics, given goals.
Experience writing program strategy documents that galvanize x-functional teams
Collaborative team leader and project manager, with an ability to work across all marketing disciplines and synthesize and prioritize input, while maintaining project schedules
High level understanding of creative/web/communications processes
Ability to present creative work to clients and garner clear feedback
Enjoys analyzing, interpreting and presenting program results
Budget management skill
Experience in CRM and marketing automation systems: Salesforce and Marketo us a plus.
Proficient in MS office and Adobe Creative suite
Proactive, fast learner
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
Ability to work under pressure and keep a sense of humor
Open minded to other points of view
7+ years of proven experience in marketing roles of increasing scope and responsibility
Insurance or fintech industry experience is a bonus
Global program management is preferred
Account Based Marketing experience is a plus
SFDC and Marketo proficiency is a plus
Bachelors degree required. Advertising or marketing agency experience is a plus.
