Amazon B2B Payments has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to lead our worldwide roadmap for marketing enablement.

The B2B Payments team supports Amazon's rapidly growing B2B business across North America, Europe and Asia. We own the paying experience and the payment methods required to support every transaction on Amazon Business globally. We are a key enabler of Amazon Business's growth and global expansion and have introduced many innovative payment solutions to support organizations that range from a single employee to enterprises with thousands of buying accounts.

The Role

The goal of the world-wide B2B Payments Marketing team is to enable global marketing functionality across all our payment methods and experiences. In this role you will build, develop, and manage the program roadmap for critical Marketing program initiatives, continually evaluating opportunities to drive ongoing improvement and innovation activity.

You will own initiatives that seek to personalize the marketing experience for B2B audiences, both broaden and optimize our marketing reach, and track the performance of B2B Payments Marketing. We are seeking a leader with the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across senior leadership, engineering, product, finance, and business teams.

The ideal candidate will also have superior analytical abilities and a track record of finding practical, simple and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or functionality. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy solving challenging problems. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong Dive Deep, Insist on the Highest Standards, and Deliver Results.

This role will be based in Seattle, WA.

5+ years of experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs. Able to prioritize activities in complex projects/programs, and influence stakeholders, at times with limited direct authority

5+ years of marketing or related experience

Strong project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes; proficiency in SQL

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

7+ years in program management, ideally with e-commerce, financial products, and/or B2B marketing exposure


Strong technical background - either software engineering or technical program management experience preferred (e.g., experience as a lead programmer, technical program manager, or similar).
