Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

The Marketing Program Lead plays a crucial role in steering several key marketing programs for Heatcraft. Your job is to collaborate with stakeholders, share your vision, and be the creative force driving these programs to success. With the freedom to get things done independently, you have the tools and resources to boost product sell-through.

Your communication style is all about collaboration and fresh ideas. You'll execute these ideas on your own, setting performance indicators and regularly reporting on the metrics. Getting to know the product, sales channel, and customers is key as you pave the way for program success.

As a key player in the marketing programs team, you not only set the strategic vision but also put plans into action across the channel. Alongside your core responsibilities, you'll:

  • Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to shape the overall strategy, including financial and reporting metrics for sell-through marketing.

  • Develop and maintain merchandising guidelines, injecting new ideas while keeping a consistent customer experience.

  • Manage policies and benefits for these programs to maximize ROI.

  • Research and suggest enhancements to existing programs.

  • Keep an eye on competitors, ensuring our offerings outshine theirs.

  • Direct programs to align with the company's marketing and sales strategy.

  • Collaborate with product management, brand marketing, engineers, and support teams.

  • Plan and execute a marketing budget in line with your program goals.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum five years related experience of which at least three years of experience is related to marketing programs.

What you bring to the team:

  • Expertise in various sales promotion strategies, program management, demonstrated success in marketing programs, and knowledge of marketing best practices.

  • Financial acumen and the ability to translate marketing investments into profitable returns (ROI).

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking and executive communication techniques.

  • A commitment to a fast-paced marketing environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm for the role.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $99,000 - $130,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience and education.
