Unidine Corporation is the nation?s most innovative and fastest growing dining management company. We are currently searching for qualified candidates to staff the Marketing Manager position for our Senior Living division.
The Marketing Manager will manage and implement various retail marketing and consumer experience programs for our Senior Living communities with a focus on high-end Independent Living dining options. This is a highly visible, newly created position with room to grow. They will also manage various marketing programs and initiatives aimed at supporting client communication and retention efforts as well as provide analysis and general support for the marketing department. The successful candidate will be high energy, creative, resourceful and able to plan and execute new and reoccurring initiative.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Concept and marketing program development and monthly retail marketing promotions.
Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing and brand strategies.
Concept and develop consumer engagement programs and launch materials.
Support social media efforts with timely and relevant content.
Write and coordinate updates and postings to corporate website and internal communication portal.
Manage and maintain program updates as needed to remain relevant with customer trends.
Research and gather content for program Implementation Guides and Sell Sheets
Data gathering and analysis of marketing program for ROI and effectiveness reporting.
Set up and coordination of webinars and meetings.
Ordering and review of small equipment and display-ware for accounts.
Creating, implementing and managing presentations and promotions.
Planning and project management skills.

Written and oral communication skills.
Strong ability to prioritize and plan according to current business, annual business, and marketing goals.
