Develop, recommend, and implement the credit union's online marketing programs. This includes day-to-day management and maintenance of all credit union websites as well as other digital applications (included but not limited to online banking, mobile app, ATMs, and digital monitors). Responsible for the overall structure, 'usability', content of the credit union's website and electronic/digital media as well as management of on and offsite Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Manages and implements the credit union's email marketing program. Provides on-going reporting and analytics on all online marketing and researches marketing trends within the industry. Develops, leads and manages the credit union's electronic marketing efforts in support of the credit union's business goals. Ensures that the credit union professional reputation is projected and marketing activities create positive member and community responses.
Must have at least four years of related experience in Marketing.
Must have extensive knowledge of digital/online marketing, communication & techniques.
Must have a thorough understanding of marketing and promotion techniques.
Must be familiar with website design, UX and production techniques.
Must be familiar with email marketing techniques.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must have Graphic Design and layout skills.
Must have excellent writing skills.
