Job Functions:
Coordinating and administering selected product content management programs under the direction of Marketing, Product Management, and Sales for Haws websites, product databases, and key distribution partners.
Accountabilities:
Pricing and Price List Management
Technical Product Content Updates
Website support for Distributor/Online Retailers
Website product content support
RFQ process follow up and communications
Other job duties:
Internal Database and website management:
Maintain Haws product database of all product information and assets.
Update, modify and routinely audit all website and digital product content properties.
Support content management for Haws digital properties including product descriptions and specification documentation (Spec Sheets, MasterSpec, etc.).
Support for and continued maintenance of our internal digital asset library.
Manage webinar setup, attendees and reporting processes.
Responsible for the quote request processes through Dynamics 365
Responsible for international quote request processing and mapping
Channel Partner Enablement:
Manage, maintain, and prioritize online product information such as descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, value propositions, dimensions, certifications, etc.
Market development research for customer engagement and expansion of current online distributor base.
Actively seeks to drive business results by identifying opportunities to develop and strengthen our product marketing materials and messaging in accordance to client-and/or regional-specific requirements.
Proactively support distributor web based and catalog programs.
Sales & Sales Reps Group Support:
Maintain rep roster and all contact information for sales reps.
Maintain Rep Locator program on Hawsco.com.
Provide international content support, as needed.
Review and maintain pricing lists and sheets including regular update review and distribution.
Create maintain and distribute digital asset packages for our sales reps.
All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: B.A. or B.S. in Marketing or related field or 1-3 years previous marketing or product management experience; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong understanding of the web, CMS, and related technologies.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to communicate and interface effectively across organizational levels. Ability to produce concise and polished written communication appropriate for technical, business, and media audiences. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
