About the Job
The Marketing Ops role will serve as our superstar and data authority in the marketing organization and also amongst our business systems and sales teams.
With numerous of initiatives and timely goals marketing wants to achieve, the marketing team highly depends on the success of our data management, and we seek for an expert to help drive us to a desired state of quality wins and opportunities.
Manage the internal lead database in Marketo for data integration, data hygiene, segmentation, append, and list management
Perform campaign list uploads and advanced scrubs and support account-based tactics
Foster close working relationships with internal stakeholders to obtain adherence to standards, guidelines, and procedures
Ongoing pursuit of industry knowledge, best practices, and trends as it pertains to data governance, marketing automation and CRM.
Handle project plans, technical requirements, system requests, and ad hoc requests.
Coordinate internal communications between stakeholders to ensure successful implementations of system change requests.
Build and maintain reports and/or dashboards that provide visibility into business performance.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields
2- 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or a strong desire to learn marketing analytics
Required experience in CRM, database systems and/or analyzing data
Preferred: hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales/marketing reporting
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to details and organized documentation
Collaborative team player who can work independently and own initiatives
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment
