Our marketing data doesnt report itself, so thats why we need you. Youll be
a key member of North America Marketings Demand Center, a cross-segment team
designed to maximize return on marketing spend and efficiency, and be
responsible for getting Lenovo to the next level as a brand in North America.
Were already the number one PC-manufacturer in the world, but we have a lot
to do to get there in one of the worlds biggest PC markets. Your role will
have a direct impact on how we measure and report on all phases of the
customer journey, from brand engagement through highly optimized performance
marketing. Were looking for someone who can oversee the design and the
execution of all types of marketing reporting and operations across our key
customer segments (including Consumer, Small Medium Business, and Commercial)
and key sales routes (Lenovo.com, Channel, Retail).

Requirements:


Responsibilities:

  • Provide key marketing reports as part of normal cadenced reviews (e.g.
    Monthly Reporting, QMRs) and strategic ad hoc reviews

  • Measure marketing business unit key performance indicators (KPIs) to help
    optimize marketing programs and campaigns, including return on marketing
    investment.

  • Support creation and process for campaign IDs, lead source codes, tagging,
    etc. to ensure that marketing reporting can function properly

  • Build lists in NA Marketing database (e.g. MIDAS) to properly execute demand
    campaigns (e.g. email, events, etc.)

  • Design and develop highly visual, interactive, and layered business
    intelligence reports using Abode Analytics, Qlik Sense, Marketo, and
    Salesforce.

  • Work cross-functionally to compile and communicate key insights and offer
    recommendations to internal partners at all levels of seniority for NA
    Leadership. This seems more like an analysis task so I would argue this
    comes out or at least goes to the bottom of the list.

  • Provide dependable advice and consultation to the marketing leaders
    leveraging marketing performance data.

  • Work with internal teams and 3rd party agencies to accurately report on in-
    market spend.

  • Interface regularly with NA Marketing, Sales, Lead Development Team), and
    key Business Users to gather business requirements with a view to creating
    supporting reports and dashboards.

  • Implementation of reports and dashboards in a reporting database utilizing a
    platform for visualization.

  • Process owner of contact/lead uploads to ensure service level agreements
    (SLAs) are met and governance followed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data, analytics and reporting (marketing data
    preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex or technical
    concepts to a non-technical business audience.

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude.

  • Ability to develop clear and concise thoughts into reports, recommendations,
    and findings.

  • Understanding of tagging tools, best practices, taxonomy, and governance.

  • Highly results driven, organized and detail-oriented.

  • Strong time and project management skills - with the ability to handle
    multiple priorities.

  • Expertise with marketing reporting tools including Adobe Analytics, Qlik
    Sense, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus.

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, statistics or related field.

The development team should be interacting with existing clients as much as possible. Description: * Serve as the primary administrative resource for the Development team. * Effectively communicate with CRD team & Management regarding client needs and pending Touchpoint needs. * Drive use & management of CRM and the data within. * Meet the needs of a demanding Development team with prompt replies & resolutions to internal & external customers. * Maintain knowledge regarding key Expeditors' reporting platforms and expand that knowledge where possible. * Management & oversight of local Transition & Implementation for the RDU district. Primary Duties and Functional Responsibilities: A. Data Analysis & Report Management * Management of external-facing reporting needs for existing clients (each approved by CRDM). * Setup of all new Exp.o Visibility reports as needed by clients. * Review report commitments to determine true client needs and how to meet those most effectively & efficiently. * Address all adhoc-reporting needs as generated through client interaction by the CRD team. * Gather & manage QBR-related data for ease of use & have in ready-to-use format for all QBR's. * Qualify sales leads utilizing reporting and analytics tools. * Engage in pre-sale engagement activities for target customers prior to Sales engagement. * Support account setup process with new customers. * Produce reporting on key metrics and manage monthly delivery of key reports to the District Sales team. B. General Support * Assisting in Bid coordination. * Secondary point of contact to Development team while they are out of the office. * Utilize the Customer Relationship Management system to help manage and organize the District Sales team's customer accounts, enable global engagement, and ensure data integrity measurements are met. * Backup for Development team in areas of quote requests & shipment oversight. * Customer event liaison (planning and management of in-house presentations, customer functions and seminars, conference room management). * Ensure updated marketing materials are accessible to Sales team, and create customer-focused PowerPoint presentations in support of business development. * Coordinate visitor management for the district and ensure the Sales team maximizes opportunities for scheduled meetings with visitors and customers. * Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs. C. Transition & Implementation Oversight of onboarding of all new business for the CLT district. * Oversight of onboarding of all new business for the RDU district. * Weekly communication of T&I status for all active transitions. * Communication of all client expectations & operational requirements to relevant teams within the district. * Completion of initial QBR 3 months following start of business. * 30 day invoice audit. Qualifications and Considerations: * Must possess a passion for customer service and a sense of urgency to execute and deliver commitments made to clients. * Aptitude for Microsoft Office applications. In particular, extensive knowledge will be required regarding data analysis functionality in Excel. * Attention to Detail and creativity in use of PowerPoint.
