Our marketing data doesnt report itself, so thats why we need you. Youll be
a key member of North America Marketings Demand Center, a cross-segment team
designed to maximize return on marketing spend and efficiency, and be
responsible for getting Lenovo to the next level as a brand in North America.
Were already the number one PC-manufacturer in the world, but we have a lot
to do to get there in one of the worlds biggest PC markets. Your role will
have a direct impact on how we measure and report on all phases of the
customer journey, from brand engagement through highly optimized performance
marketing. Were looking for someone who can oversee the design and the
execution of all types of marketing reporting and operations across our key
customer segments (including Consumer, Small Medium Business, and Commercial)
and key sales routes (Lenovo.com, Channel, Retail).
Provide key marketing reports as part of normal cadenced reviews (e.g.
Monthly Reporting, QMRs) and strategic ad hoc reviews
Measure marketing business unit key performance indicators (KPIs) to help
optimize marketing programs and campaigns, including return on marketing
Support creation and process for campaign IDs, lead source codes, tagging,
etc. to ensure that marketing reporting can function properly
Build lists in NA Marketing database (e.g. MIDAS) to properly execute demand
campaigns (e.g. email, events, etc.)
Design and develop highly visual, interactive, and layered business
intelligence reports using Abode Analytics, Qlik Sense, Marketo, and
Work cross-functionally to compile and communicate key insights and offer
recommendations to internal partners at all levels of seniority for NA
Leadership. This seems more like an analysis task so I would argue this
comes out or at least goes to the bottom of the list.
Provide dependable advice and consultation to the marketing leaders
leveraging marketing performance data.
Work with internal teams and 3rd party agencies to accurately report on in-
Interface regularly with NA Marketing, Sales, Lead Development Team), and
key Business Users to gather business requirements with a view to creating
supporting reports and dashboards.
Implementation of reports and dashboards in a reporting database utilizing a
platform for visualization.
Process owner of contact/lead uploads to ensure service level agreements
(SLAs) are met and governance followed.
3+ years of experience in data, analytics and reporting (marketing data
Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex or technical
concepts to a non-technical business audience.
Demonstrated technical aptitude.
Ability to develop clear and concise thoughts into reports, recommendations,
Understanding of tagging tools, best practices, taxonomy, and governance.
Highly results driven, organized and detail-oriented.
Strong time and project management skills - with the ability to handle
Expertise with marketing reporting tools including Adobe Analytics, Qlik
Sense, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus.
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, statistics or related field.
