The role:The world's largest & fastest growing provider of workspace solutions has an opening for a Broker Marketing Manager based in Dallas, TX. Working within a global, matrix managed marketing framework, the Broker Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the broker marketing for US and Canada to meet agreed KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the business. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Planner and working with the VP of Sales, Head of Corporate Sales and Head of the IST, the Broker Marketing Manager will plan and deliver effective marketing campaigns targeted at Commercial Real Estate Brokers, individual and brokerages.

Key Accountabilities: Develop and drive broker advertising and promotion strategies

Coordinate production of collateral materials to create interest in purchase of product or service

Create cost-effective solutions to target a specific demographic and markets

Provide marketing support for Field Sales, Corporate Accounts, and the Internal Sales TeamTrack and analyze impact on sales because of launched promotions

Key Responsibilities:
Management of the broker marketing strategy and the delivery marketing campaigns ensuring organizational values, ambitions are goals are achieved. This is a central role responsible for developing and implementing a broker marketing strategy and related communications.

Field Marketing:Plan and complete broker marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research and developing strategy with the Heads of Sales, Corporate Accounts, and ISTCoordinate production of various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at centers and broker marketing events

Coordinate production of change management videos and material for corporate accounts Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues

Assist with broker marketing launches of New CentersCoordinate relevant trade shows and events

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Report weekly/monthly on the status of broker marketing activities

Performance Management:Ensure that tracking is in place for all broker marketing campaigns to understand campaign performance/ROIComplete quality assurance to ensure broker initiatives are fully optimized per Global guidelines

Analyze ROI and implement actions to improve performance

Monitor and review vendor performance and maintain professional relationships to continually improve results

Measure performance against target KPIs monthly and share with Regional Marketing PlannerSupport the Global channel leads to optimize performance for global campaigns by sharing local market knowledge and insight

Primary KPIs: Awareness among prospects or potential partners in a key vertical market or region, or within the broker community New center opening occupancy Number of new customers acquired Volume of deals from new and existing buyers Return on Marketing Investment (ROI) Marketing spend as a % of revenue from new buyers

Education, Skills & Experience: A business-related degree, preferably in marketing 5+ years relevant experience in commercial real estate marketing Experience working with Commercial Brokers and Brokerages Experience working cross-functionally with all levels and departments of an organization Experience managing creative and communications agencies and contractors Experience working with or in support of diverse communities Ability to negotiate with local suppliers as required Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies Commercial mind-set and ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders Strong work ethic and the ability to complete tasks in demanding context
