Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Project Manager to build, test, maintain, analyze, and improve our marketing automation programs, with the goal of improving performance and driving revenue.

You have solid experience in marketing automation (HubSpot mandatory), ideally in B2B, high growth and fast-paced tech companies. You are an avid learner with strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to help the Marketing Demand Generation engine scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build, and maintain marketing programs to drive new leads and revenue.
  • Develop and implement an A/B test plan to improve marketing campaign performance.
  • Edit/Create emails and landing pages for needed programs, including the ability to edit HTML.
  • Implement tracking and attribution programs for content, social, and advertising channels.
  • In collaboration with sales operations, troubleshoot issues with the lead management process, and integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage list uploads, following data architecture best practices.
  • Monitor and improve existing metrics reports measuring campaign performance and business impact.
  • Lead marketing automation project management, being the subject matter expert, and providing inputs to help optimize our current marketing automation processes and architecture.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Marketing Operations experience (HubSpot experience required).
  • Strong analytical skills (experience using pivot tables and BI tools such as Domo, Looker, or Tableau) and data-driven thinking.
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Salesforce experience a plus (Reporting/Editing Page Layouts/Creating Custom Fields).
  • 2-3 years of experience working in B2B marketing.

The Marketing Operations Manager will report to the Director, Marketing Operations. This role will be responsible for campaign execution, database management, and complex problem solving for our growing marketing organization. This role will be instrumental helping Model N continue to move through the transformational journey we are on while bringing incredible value to our current and future customers. (Open to remote work) Job Responsibilities * Campaign Execution: Work collaboratively with Demand Gen/Customer Marketing teams to deploy email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects and deliver leads to sales including email template and landing page development, list segmentation and lead scoring, scheduling email campaigns, A/B testing, up-leveling our email programs. Responsible for managing assets templates for emails and landing pages. * Lead Database Management: Responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of the lead database. Lead data cleansing initiatives and data synchronization between the website, Marketo and Salesforce.com. Partner with marketing team co-workers on list acquisition. * Reporting: Manage the development of dashboards and closed-loop reporting on demand generation campaigns to track effectiveness, lead pipeline, conversions on marketing campaigns and ROI. Should be comfortable with SFDC and Marketo * Process Development: Define, establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. * Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analyses and leverage cross-team partnerships to quickly identify issues and recommended actions that our marketers to execute against. Qualifications * A minimum of 3+ years Marketing Operations Experience, located in US. * Marketo/Salesforce: 3+ years of SFDC and Marketo The ideal candidate has strong Marketo and Salesforce skills and is certified or interested in becoming certified in Marketo. SFDC Admin experience preferred but not required. Bizible experience is a plus. * Ability to leverage all the basic office tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience with V-Look-Up required and ability to write an Excel Macro and SQL experience. * HTML/CSS: Ability to read and code HTML and CSS is a plus, but at minimum, capacity to use HTML and CSS in email production. * GDPR/CASL/CPAA Knowledge: Understand the requirements for CAN-SPAM compliance as well as the nuances of email compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL). * Excellent written and verbal skills are required. The right candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of small groups and be active in the Marketing Automation/ Demand Gen community. * Ability to coordinate extensively with the Programs Manager(s) to create truly integrated campaigns and events. You'll need to coordinate with Product Marketing managers to ensure we have compelling messaging and offers. You'll be making sure the leads we are passing to our BDRs are qualified and continuously helping with tuning lead scoring to improve quality. You'll be connecting with product marketing for deliverables you need to nurture our prospects. Our activity will be cyclical. When you have things humming in Campaigns, you'll be expected to actively grab other projects that are required for our global marketing efforts, which might include leading a smaller event on your own for example.
