The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible of the management of MarTech, vendors, and end-to-end management and optimization of technical marketing processes.
What you'll be doing:
Managing marketing automation and analytics platforms (Sendgrid, GA, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Zapier) and CRM (Hubspot).
Ensure MarTech platforms are integrated and utilized effectively for accurate funnel reporting, financial planning and budget management.
Maintain and improve processes that ensure campaign and lead management best practices, allowing for flexibility and responsiveness.
Manage UTM parameters and other ways to track data from one system to another.
Uncovering trends, identifying KPIs, and performing hypothesis testing.
Compiling data, offering insights, and providing recommendations to improve future marketing campaigns.
Creating and maintaining a unified taxonomy to ensure consistent data across marketing activities.
Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing as needed.
Fulfilling requests for reports, revenue tracking information, and other metrics to quantify the business impact of marketing activities.
What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline, required.
5+ years of B2B SaaS environment marketing experience.

Proven experience developing and implementing integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skills. Ability to quickly create content including emails, website copy, blogs, videos, social content and more.
Ability to work with deadlines.
Ability to work independently and with limited oversight to accomplish objectives and evaluate results.
Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising best practices.
Expertise and proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM solutions, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
Experience working with agency/client partners.
