Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Play a key role in defining how commercial catalog should be organized by driving the offering bundle adoption and optimization approach. Process within Connected Care cluster and defining the type of insight and analytics required to support the continuous optimization of the bundles in the commercial catalog. You will own and drive process excellence and deployment of NPI processes including PDLM across Marketing community within the cluster. You will partner with HSM to bring best NPI practices into the cluster and work with Portfolio Leaders to drive deployment and measurement of such programs

You are responsible for

  • Connected Care commercial catalog based on harmonized bundles and solutions structure focused on targeted value propositions set by portfolio marketing and product management enabling quotes which meet customer demands (multi-modality, new business models and deal types, solutions, guided selling)

  • Driving Catalog and NPI related initiatives such as NPi2Cash, Perfect NPI, NBX across the cluster

  • Developing and implementing framework for process excellence, governance and KPIs for NPI and Catalog excellence

  • Foster learning and sharing between the businesses on catalog health management and bundle optimization and link to Catalog Team to translate into bundle/catalog setup optimization

  • Partnering with HSM, Innovation and Businesses to creating appropriate dashboard and reviews

  • Championing marketing capability building within businesses as per Philips marketing capability framework

  • Day to day business contact point for assigned & co-located resources from Insights & Analytics COE

You are a part of

The connected care marketing team. Based in Amsterdam and reporting into the Head Marketing Ops and Planning Portfolio.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Have a Master degree and 10+ years of working experience in Marketing and Sales or in Innovation management

  • Solid understanding of Philips NPI, VPC, NBX and PDLM processes

  • Familiarity with commercial catalog management strategy and architecture

  • Familiarity with Configuration Lifecycle Management tools, PDLM, Configure-Price-Quote tools

  • Understanding of related applications such as SAP, Salesforce or PTC Windchill

  • Proven influencing and leadership skills

  • Experience in a Matrix organization and complex environment.

  • Strong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources

  • Breaking business category silos to ensure true customer centricity of Philips portfolio of products, solutions, services

  • Ability to lead through influence and to work effectively with senior executives

  • Strong ability to creatively problem solve, able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues.

  • Drives continuous improvement via Lean (Certified Lean Advanced)
