Midaxo is searching for a Operations Marketing Manager to drive new customer growth and existing customer expansion faster and more cost-effectively through automation. This position will focus on Growth Marketing and Automation working closely with key stakeholders across Midaxo.

While we're doing very well already, we believe that we can do even better. With the right focus on helping users discover the value of our M&A platform, Midaxo can generate an increasing number of happier customers at a faster pace. The Growth Marketing Specialist will develop a deep understanding of the behaviors that users exhibit that convert and how to drive many more users to those behaviors.

What youll be doing:

Midaxo is searching for someone who can help make a tremendous impact on our ability to grow and expand our business through growth marketing and automation. The right person for this role will have a mix of skills and experience and be highly technical, data driven, and think like a scientist.

This role is highly technical, and the skills required to run growth experiments will require strong technical skills (read: super comfortable with coding and implementing capabilities to our Marketing tech stack).

The key results from this role will include larger revenue through less friction across the buyers journey, greater velocity through the funnel, a higher close rate, quicker onboarding of customers, and increased expansion.

This person will work closely with a large number of people on the team including our customer success organization, sales team, marketing team, and product team.

  • Grow revenue through more streamlined and faster conversion and onboarding processes, this role will have a direct impact on growing revenue. Fundamentally, this role will be able to help improve the overall funnel, the process through the funnel, and the usage of the platform once they are a customer. This role will own conversion rates throughout the funnel including through the onboarding and expansion process. While some of these conversion rates may involve other groups in the organization, the growth and automation role will attempt to automate and impact this programmatically.
  • Deeply understand customer behaviors through primary customer research, data analysis, and feedback from internal constituents, develop an understanding of the customer journey. This role will help identify the ideal path through the buying journey and indicators of customers that are more likely to purchase.
  • Run experiments in order to increase conversion percentages, the onboarding rate, and expansion, this role will run different experiments. These experiments will be tightly defined and understood so that results can be appropriately analyzed. The person in this role will think much like a scientist with clear hypotheses, data generation, and outcomes.
  • Automate customer friction points this role will help identify (along with other groups) user friction points and areas of frustration that reduce conversion rates or create unhappiness.

The Investor Services (Inserv) Marketing Operations Manager is a critical and core role to the future development of the Global Inserv Marketing Team. S/he will manage a global team to: ensure maximum effectiveness of the growing team and marketing technology infrastructure to be able to better support the business teams in achieving their growth and retention goals help enhance, harmonise, and ensure adherence to, Marketing processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency ensure Inserv Marketing's compliance with BBH best practices, policies and procedures Some of your key responsibilities include: Leadership and Collaboration * Directly manage, develop and coach a team of individuals based in Boston, Luxembourg and London, including marketing analysts, event planners and desktop publishers * Develop collaborative working relationships with the following groups that also support or are directly involved with Inserv Marketing activities: * Event Planning in Boston and New York * Enterprise Services in Europe and Asia * Firmwide Marketing team in Boston for budget and ROI activities * Head of Marketing Technology in the Firmwide Marketing team in Boston, globally responsible for Marketing's sales enablement platforms (SAVO & Marketo) * CRM Team based in Luxembourg, Boston and Dublin Marketing Technology * Working with Firmwide Marketing, help drive marketing technology usage and data governance, for example, monitoring and continuously improving the content and structure of our internal global sales and marketing platform, GSM Hub (SAVO) * Become the Inserv Marketing Subject Matter Expert for our marketing technology to ensure proper usage, and diagnose areas for process improvement * Support and help coordinate the conversion from our current internal marketing platform (SAVO) to Seismic platform Data Gathering, Reporting & Analytics * Manage and enhance the process of gathering and analysing marketing ROI & other performance measurement statistics working closely together with Firmwide Marketing * Perform benchmarking comparisons and competitor analysis * Help produce bi-annual Inserv Marketing ROI evaluation reports Risk Management & Control * Evaluate, enhance, manage and update Inserv Marketing policies and procedures to ensure adherence and consistency across the group globally * Be responsible for record retention activities for Marketing across all three regions * Manage annual Marketing audits performed by Compliance and Internal Audit across Europe, Asia and the US Vendor Management * Manage and improve the vendor management process for Inserv Marketing * Oversee vendor budgeting tracking and support Budgeting Support * Help onboard a new Marketing budgeting tool globally (Allocadia) * Support the marketing budget tracking process and year end budget planning process * Manage and improve Marketing's invoicing process Project Management * Help manage ad-hoc Marketing infrastructure projects which could include but are not limited to: * the PowerPoint template redesign and conversion process as well as annual updates * helping coordinate ongoing updates by Marketing Managers to BBH.com and supporting the new website redesign project in 2018 * evaluating and implementing a booking system for internal client's marketing requests Education level and/or relevant experience(s) * Bachelor's Degree * At least 5 years' experience in an operational, change management or similar functions * At least 5 years' experience directly managing resources;
