Come join a vibrant, collaborative and motivated team that is making a difference in Digital Marketing & Sales We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team and leverage their expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred), reporting & analytics, data management, and execution of marketing tactics for our eCommerce, sales and publishing teams. After an initial training period, this role is open to a hybrid work schedule, which means you'll be given the flexibility to split time between working from home and in the office. Responsibilities Strategize and manage the usage of the CRM tool to make maximum impact for digital marketing projects across the organization. Partner and collaborate with teams to coordinate marketing initiatives utilizing a dynamic set of tools including email development, forms, landing pages and more via HubSpot.
Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns to ensure consistency, growth and quality. Identify KPI's for the marketing operations team to strengthen the consumer journey experience using the model of attract, engage and delight. Oversee and develop marketing automation to increase engagement and efficiency of contact database and processes.
Manage subscription centers, lists, workflows, templates and optimize in accordance with marketing industry and compliance best practices. Continuously analyze workflow performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement optimizations that improve automation and overall system effectiveness. Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity within HubSpot to support seamless operations and reporting.
Monitor and implement data hygiene and quality best practices to maximize marketing campaigns and outcomes. Mentor, coach and lead direct reports so that they grow in their area of expertise Develop training for the CRM tool specific to marketing needs. Support the digital marketing & sales team in execution of both automated and scheduled email campaigns - configuration within HubSpot, execution and reporting/optimization.
Monitor analytics and implement a reporting process for campaigns that will inform teams and lead to stronger marketing outcomes and strategies. Diagnose and resolve technical issues within HubSpot, ensuring smooth system functionality. Stay updated on HubSpot's latest features, updates, and best practices to recommend enhancements.
Perform routine audits of HubSpot configurations and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization. Oversee the corporate grant and paid Google Ad strategy and fiscal year spend Utilize expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to implement tracking strategies, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape including the Martech stack.
Oversee and manage the responsibilities and professional development of the marketing operations team. Manage and oversee all HubSpot projects using a dedicated project management tool to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
College degree in marketing or business 5 years of marketing experience (book marketing is a plus) Knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts Experience architecting and operating marketing automation platforms, including hands-on / admin experience with Hubspot Experience with website analytics and the ability to discern actionable insight from key data points Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional project and time management skills Proficient computer skills including email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Personify the mission of Tyndale House Publishers and help us continue to minister to the spiritual needs of people through the publication of literature consistent with biblical principles.
