We're now seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Lead to harness the power of a growing, dynamic marketing team by supporting our global digital processes and projects, with a specific focus on supporting global market activation. This position reports to the Bluewolf World Wide Marketing Leader and will manage a team of six. Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with globally dispersed internal functional teams, including Design, Campaigns, Product, and Field marketing

  • Continuously improve, working directly with a 3rd party design and development agency to deliver those improvements

  • Manage the entire Bluewolf marketing tech stack, ensuring that Bluewolf is getting the most out of its investment, managing all business cases for the technology, owning all renewals, as well as evaluating and onboarding new technology

  • Ensure that marketing revenue impact is tracked accurately in Salesforce and in IBM's systems of record

  • Own the relationship with Sales Ops and IT

  • Develop templates that individual campaign and geography marketing leads can adopt

  • Increase effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts. Ensure each channel has performance benchmarks, collaborate with the larger team on campaign strategies that will exceed those benchmarks, and ensure that overall campaign timelines are in line with production and promotion capacity.

Your key responsibilities As a Senior in S&O – IT you will be a vital member of the team supporting and executing operational focused projects. You'll assist with the execution of projects across all sectors, supporting our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions. Part of your role will also involve developing experience across a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g. operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g. integration planning, tracking). Having a commercial mind-set is key to this consulting based role.
