We're on the lookout for a Marketing Operations Engineer Intern to join our Marketing Operations Team. This role is designed for a dynamic individual with a knack for leveraging Python and SQL to drive advanced analytics and propensity modeling. Your work will directly impact our Sales and Marketing efforts, enabling both departments to harness insights through our innovative tools, like the "Buddy Tool," enhancing operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Job Scope:

• Develop and refine propensity models using Python and SQL, providing actionable insights to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into the "Buddy Tool," enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive marketing and sales strategy.

• Assist in the design and implementation of data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, offering recommendations to optimize sales and marketing initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.

• An interest in the understanding of marketing and sales operations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets to derive insights.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Availability:

• Full-time [40 hours per week, 10 week internship]

• Must be available to start June 11, 2024

• Must be available to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week) in our Belmont, CA, office

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, or Rhode Island, the hourly rate of compensation ranges between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour for contract employees. This rate may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
