We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Project Manager to build, test, maintain, analyze, and improve our marketing automation programs, with the goal of improving performance and driving revenue.
You have solid experience in marketing automation (HubSpot mandatory), ideally in B2B, high growth and fast-paced tech companies. You are an avid learner with strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to help the Marketing Demand Generation engine scale.
Develop, build, and maintain marketing programs to drive new leads and revenue.
Develop and implement an A/B test plan to improve marketing campaign performance.
Edit/Create emails and landing pages for needed programs, including the ability to edit HTML.
Implement tracking and attribution programs for content, social, and advertising channels.
In collaboration with sales operations, troubleshoot issues with the lead management process, and integration with marketing automation platforms.
Manage list uploads, following data architecture best practices.
Monitor and improve existing metrics reports measuring campaign performance and business impact.
Lead marketing automation project management, being the subject matter expert, and providing inputs to help optimize our current marketing automation processes and architecture.
Additional duties as assigned.
3+ years Marketing Operations experience (HubSpot experience required).
Strong analytical skills (experience using pivot tables and BI tools such as Domo, Looker, or Tableau) and data-driven thinking.
Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
Salesforce experience a plus (Reporting/Editing Page Layouts/Creating Custom Fields).
2-3 years of experience working in B2B marketing.
