Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Project Manager to build, test, maintain, analyze, and improve our marketing automation programs, with the goal of improving performance and driving revenue.

You have solid experience in marketing automation (HubSpot mandatory), ideally in B2B, high growth and fast-paced tech companies. You are an avid learner with strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to help the Marketing Demand Generation engine scale.


  • Develop, build, and maintain marketing programs to drive new leads and revenue.

  • Develop and implement an A/B test plan to improve marketing campaign performance.

  • Edit/Create emails and landing pages for needed programs, including the ability to edit HTML.

  • Implement tracking and attribution programs for content, social, and advertising channels.

  • In collaboration with sales operations, troubleshoot issues with the lead management process, and integration with marketing automation platforms.

  • Manage list uploads, following data architecture best practices.

  • Monitor and improve existing metrics reports measuring campaign performance and business impact.

  • Lead marketing automation project management, being the subject matter expert, and providing inputs to help optimize our current marketing automation processes and architecture.

  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • 3+ years Marketing Operations experience (HubSpot experience required).

  • Strong analytical skills (experience using pivot tables and BI tools such as Domo, Looker, or Tableau) and data-driven thinking.

  • Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.

  • Salesforce experience a plus (Reporting/Editing Page Layouts/Creating Custom Fields).

  • 2-3 years of experience working in B2B marketing.

The Associate Director is responsible for the day to day management of a business analyst team, as well as serving as the technical liaison between business users and University IT. The Associate Director will be part of the continuous improvement effort of ADAPT processes; they will work with business owners and technical staff to gather needs and apply their strong systems knowledge to analyze and build out requirements, identify gaps, and drive organizational change. Your responsibilities will include: * Exercise full management responsibility for a team of business analysts, working on all phases of application development lifecycle for alumni relations * Ensure work completion within schedule, budgetary, and design constraints; make decisions about analysis, design, and testing; solve complex technical problems; provide alternative methods for achieving goals when necessary * Serve as primary interface with the business regarding development needs for engagement products and perform ongoing analysis of business requirements. * Collaborate across multiple teams with peers and stakeholders to identify products that will solve the business needs, and ensure end-to-end processes are aligned and support each other. * Serve as a subject matter expert with the ability to explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint. * Propose, conceptualize, design, implement, and develop solutions from end to end * Manage vendor evaluations and provide recommendations * Monitor technology trends and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption and implementation.
