JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Operations Analyst will act as a team player and self-starter with the ability to analyze tasks, be detail oriented, work independently and complete a broad range of duties associated with budgets and production coordination. Strong focus on maintaining and tracking annual spending of the budget. Additionally responsible for developing, editing, and executing copy for Brand at a Glance Materials. This individual will also be expected to apply creative thinking and solve new and existing business challenges.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Reconcile invoices against financial close on a monthly basis.

  • Maintain a budget tracker which details out the proposed budget, budget actuals to date, invoices paid and outstanding, and forecasted budget.

  • Be the primary non-working budget point of contact for Finance, Center of Excellence and Brand Marketing for budgetary issues and questions.

  • Confirm key players are informed of budget line availability.

  • Resource planning for next year's plan/historical data.

  • Support commercial and content production through studio bookings, invoicing, talent contracts, bids, and statements of work.

  • Negotiate talent/photographer contracts.

  • Set up production scope of work for content shoots.

  • Coordinate with accounts payable to set up all new vendors in our system for payment

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Marketing

Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience:

Working on budgets in Marketing/Media. Creative production Coordinator experience a plus!

Years of Job-Related Experience Required:

2-3 Years

Technical/Other Skills Required:

MS Office Suite, strong analytical and communications skills
