Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Online Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital media campaigns, optimizing performance, and building strong relationships with partners to drive business growth.

What We're Hunting For:

• Digital Media Buying – Plan, execute, and manage digital media purchases across multiple platforms.
• Partner & Campaign Management – Collaborate with external partners and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
• Campaign Optimization (A/B Testing) – Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using A/B testing methodologies.
• Multi-Channel Marketing – Implement and manage Display, Social, Mobile, and Programmatic Marketing strategies.
• Online Advertising & Affiliate Marketing – Develop and execute online advertising and affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management – Liaise, manage, communicate, and meet with digital media publishers and partners.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, online advertising, and/or affiliate marketing.
• Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English to effectively communicate with international partners.
• Work Attitude: Positive working attitude, pleasant personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking & Analytical Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and apply an analytical mindset to problem-solving.
• Results-Driven: Strong work ethic, results-oriented, and a team player who can collaborate with various stakeholders.
