The Marketing Officer will be responsible for the oversight of all marketing channel strategies. The ideal candidate will develop and implement thoughtful and analytical marketing plans.

The candidate deeply understands and represents the Customer, translating market research, customer data and product strategies into profitable Marketing programs. The candidate maintains strong relationships with a wide range of executives within Executive, Line of Business, Brokers and Agency partners to effectively execute programs and demonstrates thought leadership to push the norm with ability to drive defined metrics against opportunity. This role requires the utilization of customer feedback, digital trends, and well-vetted research to design and integrate solutions that meet the bank's goals and customer needs.


Develops and executes marketing and business development plans

Develops and executes all advertising and sales promotions

Conducts market research and recommends improvements for products and services

Manage website and social media to build and improve the bank's online presence

Develops and executes marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, improve customer loyalty, and expand market share

Plans, coordinates, and executes special events including booking facilities, developing agendas, and monitoring and supporting the execution.

Provides vision, leadership and strategic guidance to the marketing and executive teams in developing and implementing the bank's marketing plans and customer strategies and initiatives that support the bank's brand strategy and market share objectives

Ensures that service levels and quality of work from outside vendors is high and pricing is competitive. Manages overall relationships with direct advertising agencies & vendors. Ensures that service levels are maintained and that the quality of work is high and pricing is competitive.

Analyzes and works to improve return on investment (NPV) of marketing programs. Continually monitors and tracks the success and effectiveness of marketing plan/campaigns as well as customer strategies and programs.

Develops and executes marketing strategies & communications for integration projects including advertising, direct mail, print and digital collateral

Understands and represents the Customer perspective, translating Customer/market needs and product strategies into profitable marketing programs

Manages overall relationships with direct advertising agencies & vendors. Ensures that service levels are maintained and that the quality of work is high and pricing is competitive

5+ years marketing experience impacting the marketing performance for brands.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in delivering KPls in marketing programs.

Deep understanding of web analytics and how to use them for decision making.

Excellent client relationship management skills.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills with positive outlook.

Experience tying analytical reporting and ROI to marketing efforts required.


Business application skills include Microsoft Office and Adobe

Marketing and graphics application skills in using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and lnDesign

Social Medial skills including Facebook, Google AdWords and Analytics and

Experience in email content marketing

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate computers and calculators. The employee is required to frequently sit and occasionally walk and stand to access work areas; stoop, kneel, or crouch to access or place records or files; and lift and carry records and documents, typically weighing less than 20 pounds. VIEW JOBS 5/25/2018 12:00:00 AM 2018-08-23T00:00 Details: Reporting to the Vice President Market Access, the Director, Payer Marketing is responsible to work seamlessly with the brand Marketing Director and Field Account teams to lead and support the development of strategies, programs, and communication plans for the payer markets, working across payer channels, managing all aspects of the reimbursement, affordability, and field pull through programs to drive appropriate adoption of Rhopressa and Roclatan. This role will effectively consolidate market intelligence from the payer account team to ensure our patients and providers have the resources to successful navigate the complexities of managed care and reimbursement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Lead the development of Access Marketing Strategy and implementation of programs for the Aerie portfolio of Brands * Create payer-specific messaging for the field account management team, including Payer Value Prop, BIM, HEOR story, and contracting structure. * Develop and implement the affordability strategy (savings card, eVoucher, other), reimbursement services, and home delivery support programs as needed * Develop and implement access pull-through plans, including promotional materials for the field to support access goals and drive adoption * Develop and manage patient support strategy and services, including managing the vendors that support programs, which reflect an in-depth understanding of market dynamics (Covermymeds, Relay Health, Reimbursement HUB, 3rd Party Foundations, etc…) * Review and approve all contract offers and deal assumptions to ensure alignment to strategy, balancing G2N, and ability to pull through. * Design and conduct research and obtain payer input with key customer segments to aid in the development of sound managed markets business strategy and partnerships * Explore / evaluate attractiveness of alternative channels such as Specialty Pharmacy, LTC, or LIS strategies as an example. * Drive competitive intelligence on payer assessments and reimbursement decisions as well as disseminate information and identified implications across key functions (LCM, R&D, Finance, BD, Regulatory, Marketing) * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the dynamics driving the various managed markets segments and channels including Commercial Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid, Trade, Integrated Delivery Systems and Accountable Care Organizations * Ensure that payer and reimbursement marketing strategy, pricing and messaging are appropriate for Brand positioning & messaging Key skills/desired experience: * Strong management and interpersonal/influencing skills. * Very strong writing and verbal communications skills. * Facility with strategic and tactical communications planning and budgeting. * Experience with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies/other resources. * Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time to attend key Congresses, manage external agencies and vendors, and interact with partners and customers. * Fluency with Microsoft Office products Education & Experience * Four-year degree is required; a graduate degree (MBA or advanced degree) is preferred. * At least fifteen years combined experience in medical/healthcare marketing, Access Marketing, with a heavy emphasis on payer access. * Background in managing development of strategies, programs, and communication plans for the payer markets, working across payer channels, managing all aspects of the reimbursement, affordability, and field pull through programs to drive appropriate adoption of products throughout their life-cycles, particularly around approval and launch. * Experience in both corporate and managed markets roles preferred. * Experience in ophthalmology preferred.
