The Marketing Officer will be responsible for the oversight of all marketing channel strategies. The ideal candidate will develop and implement thoughtful and analytical marketing plans.
The candidate deeply understands and represents the Customer, translating market research, customer data and product strategies into profitable Marketing programs. The candidate maintains strong relationships with a wide range of executives within Executive, Line of Business, Brokers and Agency partners to effectively execute programs and demonstrates thought leadership to push the norm with ability to drive defined metrics against opportunity. This role requires the utilization of customer feedback, digital trends, and well-vetted research to design and integrate solutions that meet the bank's goals and customer needs.
Develops and executes marketing and business development plans
Develops and executes all advertising and sales promotions
Conducts market research and recommends improvements for products and services
Manage website and social media to build and improve the bank's online presence
Develops and executes marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, improve customer loyalty, and expand market share
Plans, coordinates, and executes special events including booking facilities, developing agendas, and monitoring and supporting the execution.
Provides vision, leadership and strategic guidance to the marketing and executive teams in developing and implementing the bank's marketing plans and customer strategies and initiatives that support the bank's brand strategy and market share objectives
Ensures that service levels and quality of work from outside vendors is high and pricing is competitive. Manages overall relationships with direct advertising agencies & vendors. Ensures that service levels are maintained and that the quality of work is high and pricing is competitive.
Analyzes and works to improve return on investment (NPV) of marketing programs. Continually monitors and tracks the success and effectiveness of marketing plan/campaigns as well as customer strategies and programs.
Develops and executes marketing strategies & communications for integration projects including advertising, direct mail, print and digital collateral
Understands and represents the Customer perspective, translating Customer/market needs and product strategies into profitable marketing programs
Manages overall relationships with direct advertising agencies & vendors. Ensures that service levels are maintained and that the quality of work is high and pricing is competitive
5+ years marketing experience impacting the marketing performance for brands.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in delivering KPls in marketing programs.
Deep understanding of web analytics and how to use them for decision making.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills with positive outlook.
Experience tying analytical reporting and ROI to marketing efforts required.
Business application skills include Microsoft Office and Adobe
Marketing and graphics application skills in using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and lnDesign
Social Medial skills including Facebook, Google AdWords and Analytics and
Experience in email content marketing
