Marketing Manager-Retail & Ecommerce
Location: Kohler, WI
Do you have a passion for executing and driving strategic marketing and business objectives? The Marketing Manager Retail & Ecommerce Faucets is a critical part of an entrepreneurial team focused on driving significant profitable growth through KOHLER retail outlets, while directing faucets-specific retail & ecommerce strategy. This role will be a key member of the team working to solve complex problems by creating and executing powerful strategies that challenge the status quo and delight the consumer.
This role will be accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, defining requirements, and partnering with sales, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and industrial design to ensure execution and continued market penetration. This role will share P&L and budget responsibility with the Faucets leadership team.
It requires a combination of product management and channel management to accelerate growth and address the needs of our customers. The ability to think big while executing with the agility and speed of a new business will be very valuable.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
7-10 years of prior experience in marketing, channel management, and/or product development with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results
Previous leadership or coaching experience
Ability to manage P&L in product categories, both top line and margin results
Requires strong communication skills
Creative and Innovative mindset
