Marketing Manager-Retail & Ecommerce

Opportunity

Do you have a passion for executing and driving strategic marketing and business objectives? The Marketing Manager Retail & Ecommerce Faucets is a critical part of an entrepreneurial team focused on driving significant profitable growth through KOHLER retail outlets, while directing faucets-specific retail & ecommerce strategy. This role will be a key member of the team working to solve complex problems by creating and executing powerful strategies that challenge the status quo and delight the consumer.

This role will be accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, defining requirements, and partnering with sales, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and industrial design to ensure execution and continued market penetration. This role will share P&L and budget responsibility with the Faucets leadership team.

It requires a combination of product management and channel management to accelerate growth and address the needs of our customers. The ability to think big while executing with the agility and speed of a new business will be very valuable.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

  • 7-10 years of prior experience in marketing, channel management, and/or product development with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results

  • Previous leadership or coaching experience

  • Ability to manage P&L in product categories, both top line and margin results

  • Requires strong communication skills

  • Creative and Innovative mindset

They will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce.com analyst. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day campaign management, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our marketing automation platform. Specific Responsibilities * Serve as the primary systems administrator to the Salesforce.com marketing cloud environment * Manage data feeds and other integrations with Salesforce * Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests; including campaigns and marketing automation * Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and continually optimize campaigns for performance * Execute configuration and programming through customized standard and custom object fields, page layouts, security rules, workflow, and validation rules * Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements * Ability to complete full-life-cycle implementation * Manage email campaigns * Problem-solve by thinking creatively and analytically * Excellent project management skills Skills/Requirements * A bachelor's degree is required. * Minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud administrator * Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud certification required * Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred * Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption * Strong understanding of the platform; with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity * Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality * Strong data management abilities * A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion * A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
