Job Description
The Marketing Manager is accountable for supporting long-term and short-term strategic growth initiatives which are used to help their business stay ahead of customer needs and industry competitors. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing & Merchandising and will include1-2 direct reports.
In this role, you will lead a team of channel managers to drive our marketing efforts end to end. You'll support development and execution of the short- and long-term strategy to drive marketing performance, explore ways to drive customer acquisition, and work cross-functionally to achieve incredible results. As a marketing leader you will be a key player in helping to establish our creative culture, building, leading and inspiring A+ talent, and guiding our team in creating amazing work. You will work directly with leaders within the Marketing department as well as across the business.
Lead the development and execution of Marketing initiatives, overseeing campaigns across diverse channels such as paid media, SEO, site optimization, and funnel enhancements. Craft strategic direction and coordinate day-to-day tactical operations.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Product and Training teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and launches.
Managing in-house team and agency partners to drive smooth operations and leading strategy and experimentation to advance business goals.
Clearly communicate and regularly disseminate the key performance indicators that serve as benchmarks for the effectiveness of our growth strategies.
Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity and staying on the forefront of growth innovation through identifying, testing, and scaling new channels, media formats, web experiences, and marketing approaches.
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather insights about customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends. Analyze this data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Develop strategies to keep existing customers engaged, satisfied, and loyal to the brand. This often involves email marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and personalized communication.
Work closely with product teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with product development and improvement. Provide insights into product features and enhancements that can drive growth.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact campaigns and channels while monitoring ROI.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to growth and customer experience.
Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing to remain competitive.

Data Driven: You easily process and understand large data sets and can clearly articulate program status to management and cross-functional partners
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience managing team of marketing professionals
Background in marketing or communications
Experience managing agency or vendor partners
Experience with affiliate and or ratings/review programs
Hands-on experience managing at least half of the following channels for direct response objectives: Display, Affiliate, Facebook, Search, TV/Streaming, Radio, Podcast, Direct Mail, Inserts
Experience with project management tools - Wrike - preferred
